Looking for a 3D model - easy, quick task!

Hi guys,

I am looking for someone to create a 3D model for me.

It's a very easy task and it wouldn't take you long if you know your software. I did start some 3D modeling tutorials in the past for my own convenience and i almost pulled this model off myself but it took me too long already.

What i need is a 3D model of a ring with 2 color changeable sections. It should have a little shine on it.

As you can see it's a pretty basic ring. I need to be able to change the color of the ring itself ( but keep the lighting effects / soft shine ) and of the center piece ( which is now black ). The center piece need a very minimal shine. Only to take it's "fake 3d look" out.

Sizes are only for your reference.

The inside of the ring is not perfectly straight but has a very little bend.

My budget
Is not big. I can only pay you $20. Yet i sure think you can finish this within an hour if you know your software if not less.
