Less than 10 dollars with legitimate 8K followers and good engagement? The rates for average accounts are like $10 per 1K. At best.. you could find something for $40-50.

Sorry OP, for $10 you can go buy mcdonalds burger and fries, but it ain't gonna get you a 8k follower account lol.
You can't even buy 8k fake followers with $10, why would anybody sell real followers for $10, when they can make $10/day with it?
Does that not make sense to you?

You're gonna be paying close to $60-80ish for it, depending on engagement and since makeup is an easy niche to monetize.
