I can tell you when you find someone that can deliver that many PR4+ backlinks it's going to be expensive.

you mean 500 pr4 and pages to or do you need someone to comment on those pages like the full service?

OP... You may also want to clarify if you are looking for PR4+ sites to get backlinks from or actual PAGES that are PR4+ to get backlinks from. Major difference.

I'm looking for the best effective way to rank 1 in google
and someone told me that buying buy 500-2.000 PR4+ backlinks for my domain can do the job. What do you think? there are some people that offer some package but I want some recomendation to be cost effective
