Looking for 300 Mb/s+ Proxies

Checked the marketplace and I couldn't find someone who was offering HTTP proxies that were over 100 Mb/s. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions!

These proxies also need to be username/password, cannot be IP authenticated.

I don't think you will find a service that will allow ya to do this with usernames/pass proxies.

Why did you even bother to respond here? You don't have the speed he needs, you don't have the authorization available that he needs, and you're telling him you won't let him do torrents (not sure why you mentioned that). It's pretty clear you're just blatantly trying to advertise your service, which is cool and all, except you can't offer a single thing he needs, so again I'll ask, what was the point?
