Hi,

I need 3 windows vps, only for youtube accounts setup and videos management. The servers should have different USA ips for use on different google adsense accounts (so as to not leave any footprints for google).

Which hosting service vps can you recommend that will allow me smooth browsing and uploading for youtube? I find a few vps I used lagging badly.

Try serverhosh or shapehost. Both have BSTs here, and they're not so expensive.

Tray serverhosh, you won't find good performance servers at cheaper rates. They have a BSt in marketplace.
