Sorry but I must share my $0.02 on this.
If that's how you are planning to run your business that doesn't seem like solid ground.
Of course, you should do some basic cost reduction and find affordable freelancers to work with.
But this approach in the long term can be unproductive and can make more expenses than hiring
reliable freelancer in the first place.
Or product in this case page wan't have all the necessary elements like CTA buttons etc, nice lander, small funnel generator, etc... so you will lose eg. 40% of conversions due to the website doesn't look thrustworthy.
