Looking For 250,000 Popunders Per Day - Paying $5-$10cpm

I'm looking for about 250,000 popunders per day for a "tech support" type of lander which has looping popups and autoplay audio (So yes it's aggressive). I need this for USA between 6am-4pm PST only.

I have no problem paying $5-$10cpm, possibly more but bot traffic must be under 10%
