Looking for 2 people for JV - Established site

Hi guys,
I'm looking for two people to support a JV, the site is established (still new) and revolves around online voucher codes and coupons. I need someone to help popular the site with voucher codes (I have them all offline) and to help with content and running the site, It's clear it's too much for just one person.

I'm an SEO guy so there will be no other stuff aside from Social Media + website content/website help

Looking for % rev share and not hiring someone. The split I have is:
40% me
30% each for JV (as I'm doing all the SEO and IM).

I'm based in the UK so UK residence would be preferred but can work with anyone (based on timescales)
