looking at competitors keywords

so im crawiling my competitor on screaming frog and they have the same keywords on average 9 times on each page

they also have the meta and h1 and h2 keywords filled in too

their site is wix and i couldn't see any of the keywords on site so i inspected it

and they have the meta keywords on every page so basically stuffed.

now i have researched this a bit how do you normally accomplish this if its in WordPress.

do they change the text colour of the font or what not? or can you put the meta keywords in the headers and footers plug in



they have more of the same keywords halfway down the page but thats all in coding so have no idea where they put them.

can anyone advise please because these are dominant in the market

Hosted wix may have DA advantage, but if you you private wordpress then everything can be done. Formatting depends on your theme and css files.
