Looking anyone who can work with Adobe Illustrator

Hello everyone, looking for a guy who knows how to work with adobe illustrator.

Main issue is, my laptop is shit and it pi**es me off of long loading screens.

The jobs will be simple as scale layers to the right size, increase font size to look good on real paper etc.
