Here's how Google AdWords billing thresholds work:
- Your starting threshold is $50. ...
- If you spend $50 within your first 30 days, Google bills you immediately and resets your billing cycle. ...
- If you spend less than $50 within your first 30 days, you'll be billed your exact spend amount at the end of the cycle.

The best way to spend threshold, is to create & maintain a campaign which as per Google Ads algorithms, is compliant with Google Ads policies.
Even if you run a blackhat campaign with cloaking, just ensure that as per Google Ads ad policies, it appears compliant to Google Ads (review) algorithms.
How to create a threshold Google Ads account : at the time of creating the billing, select automatic postpay & add your payment method, then you will get the threshold : (in US Google Ads accounts, it is automatic postpay by default) & then as per country, add your payment method. For US, it is card, bank account, PayPal.

Two things to add:
- when you spend $50, Google increases your next threshold to 200$, and to 300$ after that (differs with countries and currencies)
- your starting threshold could be higher or lover than 50$
Not necessarily. There's a trick to always get $350 starting threshold.

There is also a method (people call it trick) to get above US$10,000 threshold (I'm not referring to invoice accounts). If needed, I can provide proof (ofcourse, quite obviously, I cannot provide the method).

Thanks, @BulkyFans, but I am doing this already all the time I get a suspension. None of them got approved unfortunately, even though I give many details about the suspension.
