Looking 4 Instant Messenger Automation tool

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way of posting real time, IM messeges to Instant Messenger Chatrooms. The tool needs to be able to take imput from an external source ie a text file and be able to broadcast as soon as a new entry or or new text file is generated.

Does anyone know of such a tool or one like it?

It seem that this tool cant work on window vista. Anyone know other tool that can do this work. Thanks
