Lookinf for a SEO expert

I want to rank a website for a real estate craig liste in Switzerland. The competion is not huge but it's work !

So I need to find a Seo Expert who can rank my website on the top of google !
to test the market:

google switzerland: google.ch
keywords: annonce immobilier and maybe just immobilier

I want to be the first on Google in 1 of those keywords and in the first page for other ( if it's possible).

About the budget i dont know, it's no of course only 300 usd. I need offers to compare. So please check concurence and if you can do somethings

I'm not interested in doing this since my plate is full but how many backlinks does your competition have by the way? That will be indicative of how long it will take and the effort required to rank. Keep in mind after you reach your initial goals there will be ongoing work to maintain your new higher SERP. How about Social Media campaigns? Good luck!

That is a tough keyword. Consider going after some other keywords that are more targeted.

Your keyword gets 200K searches world wide in "broad", but only 3K from Switzerland.

But if you look at the keyword "exact" format you will see it only gets 3K world wide and 91 locally (Switzerland).

Then if you look at the competition of the keyword in google.ch:

in quotes "annonce immobilier" 2'570'000

intitle:"annonce immobilier" 617'000

inurl:"annonce immobilier" 581'000

intitle:"annonce immobilier" inurl:"annonce immobilier" 67'600

FOR THE TRAFFIC THAT KEYWORD GETS (91 exact locally / 3K exact world wide) I WOULD NOT TARGET THIS KEYWORD DIRECTLY, BUT RATHER GO AFTER KEYWORDS THAT ARE MORE LONG TAILED AND MIGHT HAVE "annonce" or "immobilier" in them and this way you will be working on the keyword indirectly (hitting 2 birds 1 stone).
