Lookin for a Photoshop guy with Basic Animation Skills

I need some creatives which are currently in English to be converted into German. I will provide the copy I just need someone with good photoshop skills to put them all together. The creatives are 300x250 and 728x90.

I can help you out, there's a link to my site in my profile. I have to severely limit my posts since I am a newbie and It keeps denying my every attempt at anything.

Trust me though, I'm highly skilled and willing to work for less than I should be paid during my "slump" my half price rate might still seem like a full price rate to someone who's not used to dealing with professional designers but I assure you I deliver the goods. I think if I can land a few projects for members of this forum I will eventually become one of the "go to" guys on here for this type of work, that's how much confidence I have in my artistic abilities. (assuming people are OK with my rates, I am a professional after all)
