Lookalike

Hi, i just setup a new ad account and new pixel in my bm.

because the pixel is still new i run landing page view ad to collect the data.

after 2 days, i create custom audience pageview and create lookalike.

when i create new conversion ad using lookalike audience, my ad account got disabled.

i tried another ad account, still same result (disabled). My ad approved but my ad account disabled.

but if i create new conversion ad without using lookalike, my ad account approved and my ad account still alive.

the question is :

what is wrong with facebook ? Dammit.


Latest update :

since my ad account wont disable if im not using lookalike while creating ad, i wait the ad get approved and then i update the audience and use lookalike.

my ad account stil alive. Dammit facebook.

Have you tried to request a review for the disabled ad account? Or try to appeal through a customer service rep?

maybe fb is having a mistake here, you can protest maybe you will get your account paid
