Look like nice idea your opinion please

Hi to all,

Here the idea

1- you get an ip fix
2- you want to pormote affiliates links, wordpress, blogger or all others pages

so i download a free "cleaner cookies program with auto system every 5 minuts clean cookies"

So is it good idea or risky, (was thinking in a cyber you have the same ip and you can promote)

So if you use IP Fix, cleaning cookies, and submit in RSS look like working no ???
