Look for help on growing a page

Is there anyone that has done this before that can give me some tips ect?

page has a few fake followers just for show and a couple real but even with hashtags I get like 20 likes per picture or video. Not sure if I should completely change the page and do it about something specific.

at the moment it's just funny content but yeah I don't know what to do.

Have you tried following and liking the posts from people related to your niche? that would be a good way to start, then once your page is big enough you can use a bot to help you with the tasks like following and liking, so you can focus on creating more content.
