Look for a closed membership script

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an of the shelf website script/theme/app would work like a private directory accessible only to members. Required features are:

1. The ability for companies to apply to become members
2. Ability to manually add service providers (including their company profiles/rates etc)
3. The ability for members to order services from these providers. No payment required just submitting an email request/message of interest
4. The ability for members to leave feedback confidentially
5. Some kind of statistics on orders i.e. providers/service types ordered/reports on member activity

Does anyone here know of such as script/app? Or any alternative way of achieving the above?

Hmm...I will definitely keep this one as an option but it will require quite a bit of customization to get it to where I want it. I am looking for something more like a private business directory where I am able to control both user and business access and keep everything accessible only to pre-approved users.

Maybe a member only marketplace. www.arcadier.com is the closest i found to it so far

That one looks good as well. I am interested to know which script you will go with as i may need something similar in the near future.
