Longterm SEO partner wanted

We are willing to pay based on performance... need top 5 pos. front page Google. Currently on page 3. Really we want our main keyword. It also matches our domain name. We are willing to work 1/2 down... 1/2 for ranking on front page Top 5 pos. To be considered discuss fee and examples of sites you ranked will be required. And we happen to be in the business ourselves... just looking to outsource new good talent.
