Youtube are now offering me Longer videos than 15 Min uploads on one of my accounts.

Some other people have had this as well don't know if everyone has got this yet.

But it could be handy for upload TV shows and Movies.
In less parts

They gave you the priviledge to upload longer videos because of your good account standing. Not everyone is getting this. And it can be taken quickly away if you upload anything copyright infringing, like TV shows and movies. So just be careful.

By YouTube guys: "YouTube has started to allow selected uses with a history of complying with the YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube copyright rules to upload videos longer than 15 minutes".
Looks like you are one of the selected bunch. 100% agree with BigJimW, don't overdo with your uploads.

Does anyone know what the conditions are for losing the 15+ min upload ability are? Is it going to be where if you get three strikes it is gone forever?

I got it on one of my accounts.

But it was already taken away because i uploaded copyrighted stuff.
