Hey folks,
I've watched this forum for about a decade thanks to mentors that directed me here as a good place to start with IM/Affiliate, and other various ways to make money.
I've recently acquired a 16 year old SoMe marketing agency that has served 1000s of small businesses in the US over the years. Been going through the steps of reinventing the internals, automating content gen and looking to scale.
I have tons of questions and ideas, and looking around here has already been an overwhelming amount of info.
If anyone is familiar with this field or modern approaches to creating value for clients in this niche, I'm excited to talk with you or read any material you might suggest. For reference, alot of what we currently provide on a monthly subscription is actually along the lines of daily content generation/scheduling, but honestly it's pretty clear engagement or some other value add is going to be necessary to really optimise retention and make good on new traffic we take in. If someone has thoughts around this, please don't hesitate to chat. Or I guess post below first, I don't think I can PM when my account is brand new.
We're also very open to white labelling our services to anyone that has a setup that would benefit from them, or offer commission to affiliates. If this isn't an ok thing to mention in a post like this, please let me know! I'll remove it immediately. Otherwise, the other main stuff we're focused on understanding is lead gen, sales channels, client acquisition all around. Currently in the midst of our first bulk email campaign with leads sourced a variety of ways.
