Long Time Site Builder Looking To Learn More

I have built many sites since 2000. I have only had one get to 1,000,000 page views a month. But that was years ago. Now it is at 200,000. The rest have been 1,000 page views a month at best. Looking to up my game. I'm have been trying to figure things out on my own for years. That clearly is not working. In the last year, I started listening to IM podcasts, and now watching IM YouTube videos. I'm here hoping to learn even more.
