Long time lurker

Hi yall I used to lurk on this forum back in 2016 when I grew instagram pages with engagement groups but I stopped cuz my accounts kept getting banned

Now I've come back in order to try email marketing. I already have a email list and a general idea of design optimization and CAN-SPAM compliance but I'm having trouble understanding how to warm up emails & send in mass without getting put into spam. If anyone has threads or advice that could help me it will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome and have fun. I used to send 3,000,000 million E-mails a day, then spam filters killed it for me. Good luck, there is alot of good advice on here if you use the search feature.
