long time deleted domains for articles

So I have been looking at domains that have been deleted for over 10 years in my niche. A lot of the content is Evergreen. I ran the articles through some plagiarism checkers and they are from 10-20% plagiarism. If I fix those sections, would Google recognize the articles since they were indexed a long time ago, or would it see it as fresh content?

If it would work, then I could have 100+ articles in a week.

Google keeps a database with all content found on the Internet. Chances are 50:50.

definitely G00gle would recognize it and red flagged it.... google likes unique fresh content with 0% of plagiarism.

Even if I changed the parts that are flagged by plagiarism checkers?
 
However, Google needs unique content with zero percentage of Copyscape.

I get what you are saying. I would take the content from a deleted domain that was deleted 12 years ago and then change it till it has 0% in copyscape. Then it should be unique enough right? At least for a PBN or Web 2.0.
 
Dont use another websites content you can check copyscape and post it. Try to post unique content.
 
Chances are that G won't penalize if you fix those articles upto 0% plagiarism. But, if someone buys the domain, they've all right to retract the content.
