Long-Term Reputation Management

I have two things I need pushed down. One is an article (from 2008) that was written about me as a coach. The other is a mugshot on a newspaper site from one year ago. Now, I know everyone that has this issue always says they're innocent but I really was. I worked at a dealership and had a demo. I quit to go work for the owners worst enemy (former GM). He called me cussing and I said I will park your car at the Grocery store and you can come get it. Long story short, he said I stole the car and I was arrested for grand theft auto. Charges were later removed but arrest not expunged. The articles are not very high on the search engine but No. 1 and No. 2 on Google images.

I have already been ripped off a couple times but I will pay someone who will get them pushed down and a monthly fee to keep them down. Please let me know.
