HI BHW users,this is going to be my third journey:
The first project was a film streaming site,I didn't even started it in reality cuz I didn't really liked the whole thing
The second project was a Shopify shop in the sleep niche,it was a TOTAL failure(0 sales in 1 month)ahahaha but I learned my mistake
And now I'm starting a new long term business project,after reading a lot of books and HQ thread here and after learning from all my mistake.
It's going to start with a woo commerce shop,Shopify was too much expensive and didn't really give the chance to stand out from the crowd,woo commerce after a slow set up is perfect to build a long term brand.
We're going to use dropshipping AND affiliate marketing too,it's going to be in a competitive niche but I don't give a shit cause all the competitor I saw were careless about they're products and appearance of the shop.
Since I blew up 100€ in Fb ads without getting any sales from the first shop I spent like hours and days trying to make a business plan WITHOUT using Fb ads in the beginning,in fact I didn't had any marketing plan before ahahaha dam that was bad af.
I say WE,cause I had problem to sleep while I was after my second project and I lacked in fantasy about some topics,since I started to fucking read and watch marketing related things I didn't really had time to focus onto other detailed aspect,so I asked to a classmate to become partners and make this brand,he is hungry and ambitious like me,he is a online buyer so he knows what people want to buy,he knows how to highlight some products and he knows how to tweak thing in a shop to make it look like more professional and trustworthy,so if I take care of the marketing processes he can take care of all the appereances.
BUSINESS PLAN
Maybe I want to push too far for now,but I will push till I don't achieve my goal.
Since we want to build a brand,for me the SEO part is one of the most relevant and I wanted to start a blog linked to the shop to rank it 1# and to have lower cpc from future ad campaign.
I wanted to promote our shop with instagram first while building a solid Facebook and Pinterest page,first by building organically our IG and simoultanousley(how da fak do u spell it ahahah)using shoutout to bring followers for IG FB AND PINTEREST,while trying to bring traffic from Reddit and other platforms too,only when we will have a solid Facebook page we will start to use Fb ads to bring even more sales in.
When all this will be set up and flying high in the skies our site will be 1# in google,then I will start a SEO agency in my city,then country,using our site as a portfolio to make people and their wallet trust me.
This long-term plan is still not concluded,we have big goals ahead of us,I will finish this journey when I will found my SEO agency,
I wanted to post here to say to all of the beginners in the game that if you will push till the end you will make it,and I will prove it.
And start to take action NOW,I feel blessed to be starting this at 18 and not at 30,but even if I were 30 it wouldn't be too late.
The GOAL is to Succeed.
P.s I wanted to know if there's something missing in the marketing plan too cuz obviously I'm not a project manager now ahahah
