Long Term money making (WhiteHat ONLY)

I own a youtube which has a total of 7million+ views, only 3600+ subscribers though, and is getting a total of 8 to 10 thousand views per day.
I am planning to monetize it in september when I move to the UK, I will be getting a bunch of active FB pages directly related to my niche and blasting my videos on them (whitehat), which I am aiming to get close to a total of 50k+ Viewers Daily.
This is 1.5million monthly, which at 2.5$/monetizable views, which is low estimate for Fitness & Health niche would be = 3750$ Monthly.

I will spend my 2-3months in summer writing 5 EBooks per week minimum, will spend hours on them to make them quality, ranging from guides, to many other tutorials. They will all be around 10-30pages comprehensively long (thats 5000-15 000words) each book, quality.
In the tutorials (if related to my niche) I will be writing my site name/channel repeatedly and leave links at the ends to try generate more traffic. I will sell each book at 2.99$ On amazon as Kindle, and I will blast it 5 day free period to get some solid reviews.
I am aiming for 50books by the end of summer, which is high aim but still good.
I will be generating 2$ profit per book, so hopefully if I can manage over time to get to around 2-3sales per book per day I will be making an extra 100-150$ per day or 3000-4500$ extra monthly.

PS: I will be making Videos, Writing an article, and blasting my FB pages with my ebooks

I will also spend a large part of this money doing SEO work on my site, getting more equipment for better Youtube videos and content on my site.


Site/SM Activity:
Posting 1 Article 300-600words every day, containing my keyword multiple times on the site.
Posting 6 Social Media messages per day. (of which 1 will contain the video I uploaded, and one the article, to drive traffic to the site)
Posting 1 Video Per day on my youtube

SITE MONETIZING:
I will not have ANY adverts displayed on the site, I WILL be selling affiliate products for 4-6% profit value from each individual sale.
I will be selling my EBOOKs on the site store page, and promoting them on my Facebook Pages.
I will be opening a "Premium Page" at a low rate of 3$ a month and offering good services/free things/tutorials for it, I do not expect people to start buying this until my page is more known, I am hoping within the next 12 months to start seeing members.
I will be opening an on domain Forum, which will hopefully help my rankings since people will be posting their own articles and things on the forum, which is public to everyone including non-members, EXCEPT for the premium Section.
I will be selling my own products in the future, and have plans for them, but not yet, and they will be very cheap.


My idea is:
Blast social media for traffic to site, aim for a low revenue which I will spend on SEO work for the site and expansions.
Keep growing and make more ebooks and try to make more sales in order to get more money, for even more SEO work, equipment etc.
Form partners on youtube, facebook, sites and linkshare for more visitors => revenue


GOAL:
By end of 2014 start earning enough money to rapidly grow the site by paying for SEO, Equipment, Partnerships and advertisement, that is around 5k-10k a month+.

What do you guys think of my idea?

YES i am developing the site right now and getting the pages
by highly active pages I mean with above a total of 200k likes active.

Seems like a solid plan and as long as you follow through it I'm sure that you will have success.
Btw are you currently getting $2.5/1k on youtube or you are just quoting an average number you expect?

Hey, nope I am in a country where monetization is NOT available, + the videos i have are not my own, I was not trying to make money off them, just uploaded a bunch of random videos and got 7million views on them, thats why such low number of subscribers.

I have asked people that make Fitness & Health videos, and they are making 3$+ per 1k views in that niche, it is highly profitable, however it is difficult to get traction there.
I quoted 2.5/k because that seems to be the low balling value for my niche.
and the 50k a day viewers is what I am hoping to be able to get within the next 12months.
I will be blasting several FB pages with allot of likes/fans, and trying to get other channels to support me by mentioning me.

I am thinking both, I am not 100% sure yet, I will be running allot of tests.

Videos I will do:
How to perform loads of different exercises correctly (this I will film myself doing the exercises)
Supplement Reviews (Either Film myself talking about the supplement or slide show)
Q/A (commonly asked questions answers, I will film myself)
News (Anything to do with my site, store, new products etc)

and many more videos, I will mostly be filming myself but I am looking for some cool simple editing presets to make the videos look nicer, rather than just me talking.

I will also be posting "motivation" videos which will be compilation of people working out to music etc which will not be my own and not monetized.

sounds great, regular content is the key.

Will do, any idea how important SEO on Youtube is? What should I do to get most juice out of each video?

I will be promoting all the videos on my social medias, they will be on my website under the video section.
I will be mass contacting over 50 fitness channels and asking them nicely to feature me to help me out, and in return I will feature them later.
I will also be spamming (in a good way) blogs, forums, pages etc to sub/view/like my channel and main video.


I am going to work hard on the 22nd (once my EXAMS are over) on an "introduction" video describing my site etc, basically a trailer.
Which I will promote everywhere and aim to direct all the people to THAT video, since that is the video that will most likely convert potential customers, and divert any random people.

This will be an epic journey, will be keeping an eye out for your new thread Good luck!
