Hi there! I'm looking for a long-term partner who is sensible, easy to work with, and wants to build sustainable online businesses. This is not a get rich quick scheme! We start out slow and with time, establish real estate that will keep on paying dividends over and over again.
A little about me, I am a Data Analyst by profession based in the US. Due to these unprecedented times, I have lost my job (fuck you COVID!). I do not anticipate joining the workforce at least until January 2021, and honestly, I am holding out since I do not want to get nickel and dimed by corporations looking to pay peanuts during a global pandemic. Hence, the timing is ideal for me to be doing this right now.
I am wanting to build strong, long-term authority sites that will stand the test of time. Properties that are driven by keyword research and content. I will do the research and write the content. Each site should at least have 300 articles before moving on to the next while still updating all previous ones, but at a slower pace. Initially looking to target low competition long tails and once there is some traction, we can then go for the bigger money KW’s.
Where you come in is, well, it is stupid to build out a website on a new domain these days. I need someone with knowledge, willing to invest in strong auction domains. We first choose the domain, and then pick the niche. You will also be responsible for moderate link building done via legitimate channels. We can actually work on that part together.
To keep this stress-free, we will register a company/LLC together in the US under both our names and that LLC will own the entire portfolio of websites, giving us a 50/50 split.
