Long term anonymous Twitter accounts with temp phones?

Guys, how do I make sure i am not locked from Twitter accounts that i create with temp online phones?
If I need to re-login and re-verify myself with phone that is expired, I will be blocked, right?
How do you solve it?

And if I get a SIM card fr a phone, then i am no longer anonymous.

I need accounts that
- can't be traced to the real user identity and
- that are long term and avoid locks

I've been able to save accounts by asking nicely and telling support I no longer have access to the number.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

If you can use sim cards (those from the UK can change numbers very cheaply like every 6 months)
