Long Tail Pro vs SECockpit

Do you know where i can get a free copy of those two to try ?

Never heard of Cockpit, I used to use longtail pro (great tool) but now that i have a big monthly ahrefs subscription it just makes sense to use ahrefs for keyword research aswell.
Ahrefs pretty good, not sure of the difficulty metrics but always a good place to quickly start before digging deeper.
If you need an all in one tool I would recommend ahrefs, if you just want a research tool, then longtailpro ftw.
