Long tail keywords question

let say i have 'blue fuzzy carrot shoes'.

will it rank for 'blue carrot' and 'fuzzy shoes' ?

instead of using 'blue fuzzy carrot shoes' all together,
if i use each words or keywords spread among the pages,
like 'blue shoes' at the top of the page and 'fuzzy carrot' at the bottom of the page,
will i still get rank for 'blue fuzzy carrot shoes' ?

and when i am creating links to the page, do i include all 4 words in anchor text and just spin? or break them and make variations like 'blue fuzzy shoes', 'carrot shoes' ?

Longer answer: It wont rank you very high to start with for those keywords. it is all about competition.

Once you start taking words out of a sequence then you mess with the ranking factors.

i.e if you have kw1 kw2 kw3 kw4 as a long tail keyword, your next progression would be to rank for kw2 kw3 kw4 in that order of words. then onto kw3 kw4. And finally you should start to automatically rank for kw4 on its own.

Or do it the other way around in sequence, what ever suites your long tail kw.

Just dont mix it up and try and rank for kw1 kw4 kw3 kw2 - WONT WORK - at least not on page 1 or 2 for some good time

Depends.Blue shoes and fuzzy carrot are 2 different keywords so site that is competing for blue shoes as its main KW may beat you to it

OK so if i have a

" best car trade and repair services " as a long tail keyword,

I should make links for the exact phrases instead switching around the positions of each words in the phrase?

Will this approach rank up for other keywords like "best repair services" , or "trade and repair services" ?
even though i dont create links exclusively for the keywords "best repair services' or "tradde and repair services' ?
