London Escort Agency - Need Help

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but hopefully this is.

Greetings to all. I've experience in working for Escort agency for last 6 years as a webmaster and marketer. So have good knowledge in this trade. I lack some information as I know mostly on online side business.

I got fired last month from the agency I was working with. Another colleague who's working with SEO did bad SEO and business gone down. Now I spent last 6 years on this trade, thought if I can run an agency as my own.

I've build my site, looking good to me. But what I lack is escorts & receptionist. I can work as receptionist, no problem there. But I don't know how to recruit escorts to a new agency. I tried to text/contact independent escorts, so far no response. Posted ads on some Classified ad posting site. Tried to take some guys as partner who can help with recruiting girls to our new agency but yet no luck there. Can someone help me with ideas? any ideas'd be appreciated! My agency based in London.

Anyway, let me get this straight, correct me if I am wrong..............


1. You worked for "THEM" for 6 years and you have good knowledge on that certain "NICHE".

2. For 1 SINGLE employee the whole bloody operation went down?

3. You decided to start your own "BUSINESS" but can't partner up with anyone!

4. Even though you have 6 years of experience on that certain "NICHE", you open an account+thread on an "Internet Marketing" forum asking for tips with a weird username on how to recruit "GIRLS", where most of the guys/gals are 16-22 years old?

Try to be as professional as possible when recruiting. Make website look fancy. Make yourself look fancy as much as possible. And then your main advantage - "I know how to get people to buy the service" should make them work for you.

Escorts are your products right now. If you know how to reach out to demand, supply won't be a problem.

@Vic Sage - He knows how to do online promotion, but most likely never dealt with girls or management. It's like being a salesman for Sushi, but not having any idea how its made or how to hire cooks.

Get FREE escorts listings on your website, give them business and gradually start charging listing fee or whatever model you follow in this business when you start getting traffic on your website.

Start promoting your website online - SEO/SMO in your target market.

1. yes, you're right

2. I didn't mean that, but the reason I got fired is for bad page ranking and business is down. at least that was the given reason. And I can do the math if you're wondering. And tried to keep things short, I didn't came here to complain.

3. I didn't say that. I said no luck yet. I mean I didn't find the right person YET!! perhaps you're not very good with English!! (I'm not implying I'm good)

4. I created this account in 2013. You can see that right?? And to me, your username is weird too! And perhaps you know, how Username is used? And I didn't know that most of here are 16-22?? How old are you? I'm 29. And I posted this thread after reading some post relevant to this NICHE. Though, I know there are Moderators who are capable in deciding that.

mostly by low post members, low post banned members returning with new accounts,

now uve been here 2.5 years with 0 input and no interaction on bhw - yes im gonna goto you
probably not, im not saying your bad , i just wouldnt touch anyone with no history
on a forum ive been on 10 yrs

This is something that can't be reason or argue with! You're right in every aspect. And yes, we're trying to contribute by sharing information or other way. Refusing the existence of other members is unnecessary whether they are new or not. After all you're the older members of this community. There're Mods who can take care of us.

actually the mods would tell this, anyone offering to help u with 5 posts via pm isnt gonna do it free.
and at that point he would already have broken rule 1, only payed vetted sellers can offer services
on bhw, services we pay to advert, vetted and tested by mods b4 where allowed to sell it.

i just advise caution as the other user has 5 posts, 2.5 yrs, is not a seller of bhw
and if u get scammed bhhw probably wont help as due diligence was dis regarded
as he cant offer anything that req being payed for as hes not approved

That is Informative. I think it's probably my mistake as I posted in this thread offering indirectly a partnership deal. I don't think he's interested in providing services other than making a deal.

Something I can actually contribuite to, I used be a pimp and recruiting girls ready to fuck is harder than it looks. First you need to be in a place where woman are all the time, clubs, college, public places, etc. What I used to do was try talking to them and see how they react. If they immeditale blow me off than move on. If they actually listen and seem interested in what your saying on to the next step.

Before doing this you need to show off wealth even if you have no money. Its not hard to look rich while having $30 to your name. After you start talking to the girl find out her financial situation and see if she needs money. If she in a tough spot you're almost there, next you throw the pitch at her tell her something like i know some dude thats completely hopeless with women and to fuck a girl he will pay a lot.

Tell her that this guy is clean and if anything goes south you will be ready to do anything. You are trying to give her the feeling of that overprotective brother. This is when you start breaking her down even more and tell her if you dont like this dude call me anytime and ill throw him out. If she still argues act offended and say something like "oh you are underestimating my fuck a nigga up skills?"

if that doesnt work i go to the next women, sometimes I don't even need to do all this. Just know if it aint white it and right and be careful! shit is considered human trafficking and i know people who ate heavy time.
