im literally looking at a competitors website backlinks, its obviously a very shitty pbn they created but it still works for them. Their shitty pbn sites have no contact us, no nothing, just 1 page with links to their main site.

*** Image removed.

Many of their pbn sites even have the same FAVICON of their main website (see all these shitty "G" symbols? lol) their main site has the G favicon.

Will google finally find them and get them the fuck out of my SERPS? lol they're crushing me on most terms but their cheating is so obvious it makes me wanna puke.

Your thoughts?

My thought is that you shouldn't out peoples pbns, no matter how crappy they might be.
True. Unless you are Matt Cuts and it is your job to do so.

I can understand the frustration, but outing their pbn on a public forum is lame and petty on your part.

Regardless of how crappy they are, someone worked hard for them and didn’t collect to get all the pieces of puzzle before taking action.
The least you can do is blur out the domains.
If anything, you’re outing your niches aswell.

OK to all you ethical Mother Teresa's out here that spend 99% of their time cat-fishing people on tinder, I removed the image, it was just an image of some backlinks with the same fav-icons but im getting tired of the "stop outing ppl pbns " comments that ppl post here for likes so if someone can give a solid advice on how come they're not detected even though they're using the same theme and very low-quality pbn ill appreciate it.

All these people come here thinking people of BHW aren’t nice and have no courtesy or etiquettes, just because it has the name BlackHatWorld. Also, we are just cat fishing on tinder, you are stripping them out in the public.

Except of course the mods, those are just AI bots.

That "G" as favicon means nothing, it's the default favicon of sites who run on Genesis framework based themes...

Thanks, I actually thought they picked the favicon manually for a sec, appreciate the advice.

This site has traffic valued at $125,000 according to Ahrefs and is ranking for 73,000 keywords. It isn't ranking from those shitty pbns at all, it's ranking from a well-run hidden PBN that we can't see. For all we know, these couple links are just for diversity or perhaps they were purchased at the beginning of the project. But we know for sure that these shitty links aren't contributing to those massive results anyways.

Well I took a small screenshot just to demonstrate the "G" favicon... but thank you for the input!

How do I find out how many of their backlinks are pbns? just manually go through them?

I also noticed a lot of freakin "Charity" donations which they donated 1 cent and posted a backlink in the comment, lol, isnt that considered a worthless spammy link?

Is there a way to see which links pass the most juice?

PBNs are really not my strength thats why I started that thread lol.

How can people really not understand very simple things... Google hasn't got 1000's of members of staff to find every pbn. They'll only target either very competitive markets or markets that cause a lot of controversy (loans, bail bonds, debts, pawning, gambling, drugs etc).

This guys PBN won't be flagged up because he isn't in those markets. And when you aren't in those markets, the only thing left to punish pbn's is algorithm penalties. which guess what.. do not give two shits about how your site looks, whether you use the same plugin twice, if you do or do not have a contact page!! none of that matters, for my pbn's and I do is add a rolling homepage, change perma links and categories, adjust the widgets, remove any outbound links I don't want and create a menu.

Here is a lit of things (no exhaustive) that make zero difference to your pbn ranking your ms/getting you caught:
images on site
videos
X amount of content
contact pages
policy pages
tos
near enough any footprint
using spun content

I mean, i'm not spending all day writing this. But you get the idea, people will obviously dispute this or say they do their pbns differently - but it really doesn't matter. There is no right or wrong way. Just add your links, f*ck everything else.

Honestly, I checked and in my opinion all these links which are visible to us are worthless in terms of ranking power - they're there for diversity (including the charity links) and to beef up the site. The actual strong PBN links with the most juice are hidden from link crawlers and there's virtually no way of seeing them unfortunately.

Google has never been good at detecting PBN. Yes they have detected and deindexed many networks in the past and will continue to do so, but they only seem to see or worry about the tip of the iceberg.
Another thing is it takes time for them to find PBN, so this site in OP maybe demoted in a few weeks/months, who knows.

Fantastic, thanks learned a lot from this comment!

Gotcha. thanks again man, so the only thing I can do is to buy a very strong pbn myself to outrank them?

I am very soon launching a strong PBN service by the way.

Another and last word, is yes Google was bad at detecting PBN in the past, and who knows why exactly? But the future in not the past. With AI, they will get better at it, this is why I recommend using the cleanest and best built PBN, which will not get detected at all.

Basically, yes. I also read in your other thread that you want to minimize your PBN use to not get penalized, but I don't think you should worry about that. People use much more aggressive blackhat tactics and never get caught and like others in this thread mentioned, Google really only cares about a few big specific niches.

Heck, I once used something way worse than PBN's, I got reported multiple times for using spam and buying links to Google, and still nothing happened! There's way too much fear mongering going on in this forum honestly. The thing you should be most fearful of is over-optimization (anchor ratios, keyword density, etc).

Oh wow didn't know its that easy. Kinda sucks because it pushes me to use these I mean our content is so much better and these fuckers out-rank us with their lame PBNs what else can I do ... guess its PBN time, ill just pay someone to build it im not really good at building these and dont wanna leave tracks.

Tnx again for your help mate.

Thanks a lot for your support mate.
If you want you can PM me more details about OP site (you removed) and what query you are trying to rank for, I can have a look how hard it would be.

Maybe those shitty PBN links are even disavowed. It's a nice strategy to build a few really shitty and obvious PBN links, instantly disavow them, so all competitors reporting you won't dig deeper because they think they can screw you easily...and utterly fail each time.
