I've made up my mind, I have to do this.
Except I'm gonna to approach this guy from a completely different angle. I live 1 block from a WU store so I can actually send this guy some money.
I'll establish a strong rapport with him. Tell him I use to be poor. How I think it's so evil that all my rich friends take advantage of poor people. How I've donated $100,000 to starving kids in africa and a bunch of other fake donations.
THEN I'll promise him a donation of $10,000. But I'm gonna fax him a form telling him "I will not send the money unless and until you sign this form and fax it back to me because I will get a massive tax deduction". Chances are he won't have a fax machine and will have to find a store. Then I'll get his details, go to WU and send him a payment of $00.01.
At this point I'll expect him to be very angry. But I'll get on skype and make up the most believable excuse I can. I might even photoshop a picture of the original WU payment with the writing $10,000, his name and everything. And I'll be like "they must have made a mistake, I'm gonna go back right now and make sure they get it right this time"
It will take some serious prep work. But my goal is to get him to go to WU at least 3 times expecting the $10,000. And I'm hoping by the 3rd trip he gets the point and jumps off a bridge. Then I'll post everything on BHW.

Instead, I'd tell him to sort it out himself, as you sent the whole amount and they (the WU staff at his place) might have scammed him. Judging by how stupid he is, I assume he'll go out of his way to get the money, and might as well go to the WU store and have an argument on how they've scammed him.
