Lol.. don't ask for anything free. Learn how to create one and verify it with a VCC or something. It doesn't cost more than $15 from the marketplace.

I can advice you how to create it. use an IP or VPS of USA. VPS cost but I give you one which will cost you no more. try this free VPS.

1-my country is blocked in paypal
2-thank you freelanceronline but i have a vps
3-i have a PP account but it need to get activate(it wants us bank account)

other wise i have 5 program(2013) for hacking pp and adding money in to it i can trade it with a pp account(all of the people in here are hackers so it could be useful for you)
i cant get a pp account = i cant buy a vcc too

Also, what you are not understanding is that people here are willing to help others but are completely turned off by the "can I have this and that free?" crap.
There are tons of ways you can ask, such as saying "it will be hard for me to pay but perhaps I can (insert what ever your good at) as payment.
Or the real easy one, since you desire a paypal, obviously you have money to transfer to it or you wouldn't even need one, so why couldn't you say "get me a paypal and I will pay you back from the actual paypal?"
