all logos are great. it's hard to choose from. But number 1 looks more appealing to me, more eye-catchy. It looks more professional.

I like a combination of #1 and #2. So maybe an adjacent word layout, and then make the icon smaller to be closer to the same height as the lettering. Last, the tracking might be a little too narrow and interfere with legibility, so I'd space out the letters just a bit. :clap2:
