Hey guys!

As I don't want to spend money on logo design, I've decided to learn and create one for my new niche site.
I'd like to ask for a favor by helping me to choose which one that you think better among them.

Way to go man I remember doing it all myself too and when you do that you learn how to do so much
on your own thus building your overall skill set. Go with 1 it is pretty nice!

Edit: 3 would be my second pick mate.

Gzzz dude. You got some skills. I like that little effect you did around the circle on #3. But at the same time I think you're going a little too "artsy".

This is a VERY HARD choice, so let me order from favorite to least favorite.

1) #4
2) #3
3) #2
4) #1

The real issue is though, as my mind is looking at the logo's I'm editing colors in my brain and moving things around. Like I don't like how the circle stands above the name on #3. I think it should be to the left of the name. And on #4 the black is a little too strong. If it was me I'd change the black to white and do a stroke or shadow effect around the text.

What I can say for sure, I don't like #1. So definitely scrap that one. :)

ps. Did you do those in photoshop ? Just curious.

I also remind the way that I've learned to use WordPress for the first time that I don't have budget to outsource. Anyways, even outsourcing, we need to have some knowledge in order to manage, too.

Thanks for your opinion, RK!

Haha! Before I designed these logo, I've watch my local TV program calls "The Art of Fashion". It affect me a lot with these kind of artsy style.
I do these in Illustrator.

Thanks for your opinion, BB!

#3 looks more appealing to me. :)
Thanks for your choice, Keytenx!

From best to least favorite:
1
3
4
2
Thanks for you opinion on these choices, James!

Come on guys! I'm really appreciate your opinions! Thanks!

Wow great job!!! Wish I knew how to do somethign like that! :)

My favorite one is #4 because I can imagine this one being nicely set on website headers and also on business cards.

Next one up is #3.

Best of luck and great job! :)

If your target market is African American I would say #1

if it's not I would say #2 but there seems to be a lump in number 2 where the H in health and the y meet

1/ Is the best Logo for a website header
3/ Would be a good shop sign
4/ Would be a good business card
2/ doesnt work, its falling off the page then jumping back up

I would lose the "your hair we care" strapline.

yep - number 2, but without the tagline :)

If the logo needs to be reproduced in a much smaller scale - the tag line won't be legible, and will just look messy.

Good job on them though! I'm impressed :)

all 4 are good. and it depends a lot on your sites theme
1. #1
2. #3
3. #2
4. #4

Go for the first, more professional and straight to the point, other logos have ugly fonts and are less professional (maybe 3 it's pretty)

It's easy mate; I also did not know how to do it, too. I just start learning it. Thanks for your idea!

For Shop sign and business card, I don't think it's possible as this logo is for the small niche site to make money with ads.

I doubt that tagline, too. Now, delete it for good.

my choice,

1
3
4
2

Thank you very much for the choice and idea. My typography choices is limited lol! I am learning it.

So far, so good. Please pour more idea guys! This way, I could improve and have more thought on how various people thought.

Anyways, as I've seen some cracky things, I made a little adjustment and have more choices in OP.

1 then 4 would be my choice, although I would change the font in 4.

2 seems uneven, which I guess is not a good idea for a hair site.

I don't like the stuff around the circle in number 3. It is just too busy. And as mentioned for number 4, I am not keen on the font.

Number 1 is a clear winner for me.

I like 1 and 4. I think 3 is nice but not nice enough for my top 2 :P

Maybe for the sake of simplicity, open a poll OP? It will help you get a general consensus.
