Hi beautiful people, i would like to know if there is any website where i can design a customize HQ logo
with Transparent PNG + 3D Mockup + Vector Source Files.

i would like to get this done for my clients and i don't want to use photoshop nor any design tool, i am thinking if there is any website i can have this done .

I don't think you'll get a better result with web based design tools especially if you want the 3D mockup + vector source files.
Better use AI if i were you. Good luck finding.
 
You could use vectr.com or designer.io but may as well just use Photoshop or Illustrator.

Frankly speaking, I don't understand why Photoshop isn't a valid option for you since it offers much more features and tools than any online designing tool. Given all video guides, this application isn't that difficult to master.
And well, it's up to you but maybe you consider just outsourcing this task? I outsource content design too. I order banner ads and logos from Awesomic which services I use on a subscription basis. This way I get top-notch designs without wasting a ton of money so I think that this option definitely is worth being considered.
 
Photoshop i'd still recommand it since you have so many usefull features .
 
Photopea.com maybe can help. Hire someone I think is the best solution for you

Use Portable PS of you Really Know How to use Then There is no better tool then Photoshop
 
you should use custom manual work if you need quality and professional design use Adobe illustrator
 
I would love to know as well but I don’t think online is the move
