Do you know how to solve this problem when I try to login to my account.

Look at the image, I can't do anything there.

Did you try to clear data/cache/cookies first before logging in to your account?

That app is on your phone, so try clicking 'continue'... you might get a sms with the code as a solution (on the same phone), which you need to type may be in the next screen of that app.

I have never used that app btw so this could be off by a 100 miles or millimeters, whatever

Just contact massplanner support. Although I'm quite sure it has something to do with your account. Not the bot itself.
