I think there is an issue with your browser. Try to log in with another browser or contact support.

what happens when you try to log in?

Like, you can't see the login page / form, or you are not allowed access, or what's the problem exactly? Because, depending on what's happening the solutions could be totally different, so please give more details

if it's not a problem with BHW's Cloudflare integration it's probably an issue with your browser...

Try disabling the adblockers (if you have any), or any extension that blocks cookies, Java, HTML5, etc...

Actually, just for the sake of testing this, disable ALL of the extensions (including the shields if you're using Brave browser) and then refresh the page and see if it works....

please let us know when you figure the problem out, as I'm curious to know what's caused the issue

sir I have tried logging out of all the browsers I use on the computer and then tried again but I still can't log in. I logged in from my phone but I can't log in from my laptop. I still can't get past the same page. cloudflare error.

I don't know then, it could be an issue with BHW itself. Contact support here and show them the screenshot of your browser:

Is your phone connecting to the same WiFi network as your laptop? If not then it could be your WiFi connection: in which case try switching off and on your router to hopefully get a new ip address.

If your phone is on the same network then it must be something local to your laptop. In this case, try installing a new alternative browser such as Firefox, or opera. See if that works. If not, check that you don’t have an antivirus program or ad-blocker running on your device that automatically adds itself to your browser.

If none of these things work, do as suggested above and contact support.
