Logging into hotmail or yahoo accounts require proxies?

Probably depends what you're using them for. If you just have a bunch of personal accounts for checking various email accounts, then you won't need proxies. If you are using them for blackhat reasons that is likely to get an account banned, then you should use a proxy.
