It is possible, but for bigger trust, always mobile devices

Accs made in browsers are always worse.
Pardon me, if I may...............
I would not agree entirely that this is a strict black/white segmentation scenario.
Many anti FP tools do not work on mobile as good as on desktop, and mobile emulation of anti FP tools on desktop is sketchy.
If they trigger a repeat SMS verification on mobile, all is at risk.
Mobile proxies are much better tolerated by the platforms, because they must, but thats the only one true big mobile device usage benefit imo, and you dont even need a mboile device to use mobile proxies. Or you can put a mobile behind a vpn, share a hotspot to a laptop and voila, thats your free mobile hotspot.
Me personally, I always do projects either all from mobile devices or all from desktop, desktops are also vastly superior in processing power, if you need work done, its just more convenient and these rent a proxy services do not come cheap, I did some 20 minutes of work today and used 3 proxies and 70MB of data is gone.
