Normally after you log in 1st time, you should remain logged in unless your cookies are not registering in your browser - are you using incognito or any extensions?

Yes I am seeing this a lot on my botted accounts. They are all logged in 24/7 on unique IP's and never log out. But for some reason FB has been shwoing this message for a few weeks now,. Have to get email sent and then change password which is annoying.

Yes exactly that and I gat the account back after getting their email and changing password. There is no reason for this mail to be sent by FB. My accounts never log out and always have the cookies saved in my bot.
