Locksmith Adwords

Hey Guys

I'm looking for help running locksmith ads on adwords. I'm sure this has come up before with googles recent ban on locksmith and plumbing ads.

Has anyone had luck circumventing this?

Couldn't find much about it myself. Although they tested this in 2015/2016? From the looks of it they require advance verification. What issues are you running into? I'm about to setup plumbing lead gen AdWords ads so I hope this won't be an issue for me.

Yes, advanced verification is required. I wasn't able to pass the advanced verification.

It started with them limiting ads served to call-only. After that, they completely blocked locksmith related keywords for non-verified accounts.

Hmm this could be a real problem for me. I'm planning on running call only ads for lead gen. How long did you run the ads for before being asked for verification?

Do you run a locksmith service yourself? Perhaps if not then you can get a locksmith company to verify on your behalf if your in the lead gen game?

I already had ads running before the advanced verification was required. They gave a 2 month heads-up that ads would no longer continue to run after November 1st, 2017 for unverified locksmiths and plumbers.

At this point I don't think any ads would work for new/old accounts without being verified. That includes plumbing.

I was running the ads for myself, but even if I weren't, legitimate locksmiths are all 50+ year old white guys set in their ways, very little chance of them letting me run ads/collecting a % off of my work.
