Locked PayPal Account

Hey guys,
I have a locked stealth PayPal account with 1,000$ in it. Half a year have passed and now I can withdraw the money.
The issue is that the account is US account (not my country) and the personal info of the account is not under my name. Is there anything I can do to get this money?

Transfer the funds to the account which you can withdraw.
 
Buy crypto with your PayPal.. Or xoom.com cash pickup yourself with that PayPal account.
 
I can't send the funds. Only withdraw to bank account or credit card
 
Get a card where you can withdraw them, that's what I do I mostly withdraw all my crypto into the card same with my PP accounts.
 
Then tie-up with a us guy and add his bank account their . Offer some money also

Hi OP! The only option to withdraw funds from US PayPal is https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-get-money-out-of-my-paypal-account-faq2316. If you don't have any of these, you can purchase a solution in BHW Marketplace :)
