Apply for approval. You can ask your affliate manager tlwhy did your rejected your approval. Maxbounty tells you in the rejection mails. Some offers are not open for new affiliates, some need creative upfront for approval. Basically advertisers want to know how will you promote them and by what channels.
CJ have multiple rules for approvals, in any case if you get rejected you will get email. FInd the CONTACT email of advertisers at cj dashboard and ask them to approve if its pending, most offers go into pending for ever at cj.
Every network is different when it comes to approving offers.
Maxweb approves everything if you ping the manager on TG and ask them to approve.
