I mean, if you will 100% do what they say, then no.
We still celebrate Christmas and New years, regardless of the rules. The only two times in a year when i find coming together more important than waiting another year for the possibility of leniency

if people would really be in a lockdown , then yes. But since some people going out , being without mask and stuff like that , then even the lockdown doesn't help so much

I am safe, i already got it and worked in departments filled with patients. Haven't had it since.
I'd only worry for the elderly with this virus. And the very small % of people who are in the weak category.
