I'm sure a few of you have had an experience with a "lockdown" style browser for college or high school. As you know its an absolute blasphemy to the internet itself - its cuts off access to the most abundant resource of information in the world, yet uses its access only for its own good, which is absurd considering the internet was made for the sharing of information, not the restriction of it.

Anyways, has anyone found a way to work around it? I tried installing on my virtual machine but it detects that its a virtual machine and won't let me open it.

Maybe there's a way to make my virtual machine look like a physical machine?

    Ideas?

    Thanks in advance!
