Lock journey threads by banned members

I just saw this thread in the homepage. The last few comments are by users wanting to follow a journey that will obviously never going to be updated.

Our forum is, in part, based on the propagation, discussion and development of ideas. Just because the user that opens the post has been banned doesn't mean that others won't have valid comments on ideas developed from a journey another user started.
For this reason, we'd not close journey threads or others, as others can still comment on that journey or answer questions that may be posted.
