Location Spoof for Proxy Server

I am new to BHW and I am very excited to be here. Tons of valuable information, having a great time going through them.

I have a question that I hope someone can perhaps shed some light on the matter.

I am currently looking for proxies for Malaysia for sneaker botting but unfortunately I have tried multiple residential proxy providers but the speeds on them are horrendous.

Searched high and low but looks like ISP proxies are currently not available in Malaysia at the moment.

After reading some informatino online, something interesting came about on how many VPN providers offer VPN services in some exotic locations. Looks like many of the VPN locations provided are actually fake/spoofed. For example a VPN location in Azerbaijan but in actual fact the actual VPN server is located in Singapore.

I have tried generating my own DC proxies on AWS and the speed on them are amazing. However it looks like the geo location of the proxies is the deal breaker in this instance. Is it possible to mask/spoof the location of the DC proxy server which is in Singapore with a location in Malaysia?

Being able to spoof the geo location while retaining the proxy speed would be ideal. However I have not been able to find much information on this but I am quite positive that this is definitely possible or maybe I am just dreaming.

You need to use data center in Malaysia host the proxies if you want to geolocate to Malaysia. The IP geolocation provider such as IP2Location is using network routing to determine location, it is unlikely you can spoof a server in Singapore as Malaysia.
